The actuator incorporates a triple-channel position sensing system that uses a two-out-of-three voting process to ensure accurate and fault-tolerant position feedback. Integrated current, voltage, and temperature sensors feed real-time data to dual microcontrollers that manage diagnostics and operational health monitoring.
