The 12-Way Pancake Slip Ring from Venturetec Rotating Systems is a compact rotary electrical interface designed for installations where axial space is limited. Offered in two configurations, the pancake-style slip ring supports Ethernet communication, grounding, and mixed power transmission through a low-profile rotating connection.
The first configuration includes one 100Base-T Ethernet channel, one ground connection, two 1 A / 28 V circuits, two 5 A / 36 V circuits, and three 10 A / 28 V circuits, with IP65 protection at the outer rotation gap and IP40 protection at the inner rotation gap. The second configuration includes two 20 A / 48 VDC power circuits, one ground connection, one 100Base-T Ethernet channel, and one full-duplex RS-485 interface, with IP65 protection in the mounted position. Both configurations support rotational speeds up to 30 RPM, high-altitude installation, and operating temperatures down to -55°C.
