ApolloCore is a machine learning solution for marine EO/IR and PTZ camera systems designed to enhance situational awareness, target tracking, and vessel autonomy capabilities for crewed and autonomous surface vessels (USV/ASV). The platform delivers advanced detection, classification, and tracking functions for maritime ISR and navigation applications, supporting reliable operation in challenging marine environments. ApolloCore stabilizes and controls PTZ payloads using an existing vessel IMU, overcoming the limitations of conventional two-axis stabilization systems while correcting lens alignment and gyroscope drift for long-term tracking accuracy.
Purpose-built ML models for EO and IR imagery enable detection of 15 navigation-oriented object classes, while intelligent platform steering helps maximize target detection probability. ApolloCore provides reliable ranging and simultaneous tracking of multiple targets, including at low camera mounting heights above 3 meters. The solution operates as a standalone capability with a single PTZ camera or integrates with ProteusCore Radar tracking systems for enhanced sensor fusion workflows. Additional functionality includes 360-degree surround-view support for docking and short-range maneuvering, pre-built target following and slew-to-cue routines, and integration as either an SDK or executable application with API support. ApolloCore is compatible with widely deployed marine PTZ systems, including the Raymarine FLIR M300 Series.
