Lapid Air
The Lapid Air is a compact NIR (near-infrared) laser pointer and illuminator that is designed for manned and unmanned aircraft, and can illuminate a large surface at a wavelength of 865nm. With a small and lightweight footprint, it is ideal for integration into SWaP-limited OEM equipment such as gyro-stabilized gimbal payloads.
The laser diode is encapsulated in an aluminum housing that can be mounted inside the gimbal system with a boresight mechanism and optics. Separate laser/optics and driver modules allow for flexible installation possibilities.
