SDI 1522 MEMS Accelerometer
SDI 1522 is a rugged surface mount MEMS accelerometer engineered to withstand large fluctuations in temperature, or extremes of temperature over prolonged periods of time. Available in a variety of g-range options, it incorporates a MEMS capacitive sense element and a custom IC with integrated sense amplifier and differential output stage.
Each unit is individually factory tested and calibrated before shipment, and detailed calibration reports are provided.
