The Submersible Exhaust Thermocouple (IE-020-02) is a precision-engineered temperature sensor designed for continuous exhaust measurement within tactical Diver Delivery Units and other submersible defense platforms. Built to deliver reliable performance under extreme environmental conditions, it operates effectively across a temperature span from -100°C to +1300°C while maintaining high measurement stability. The thermocouple’s solid-state electronics are encapsulated to an IP69K standard, ensuring full resistance to water ingress, vibration, and saltwater corrosion.
Encased in a hard-anodized enclosure with a Subconn MCBH3MSS connector and stainless-steel compression fittings, the probe withstands pressures up to 10 bar for deployment to depths of 100 meters. The semi-remote electronics are rated from -40°C to +85°C, enabling efficient performance in varying operational environments. Constructed from Inconel for maximum resilience, the sensor delivers a ratiometric voltage output that supports direct integration with onboard monitoring systems. Customizable probe lengths from 100 mm to 3 m accommodate varied installation needs, ensuring optimized exhaust performance monitoring for mission-critical maritime and amphibious defense vehicles.
