Quantum TMR™ 360° Rotary Sensor

Reventec’s Quantum TMR™ 360° Triple Channel Rotary Position Sensor with Split Cable delivers highly accurate angular position measurement across a full 359° sensing range. Designed for harsh environments such as UAV platforms, UGVs, and advanced robotics, it features a compact Y-cable layout for streamlined installation. Leveraging proprietary TMR (Tunnelling MagnetoResistive) technology, this non-contact, solid-state device offers three fully configurable analog outputs, enabling signal redundancy or multichannel data acquisition in real-time control architectures.

Engineered for environments with high vibration and thermal variability, the sensor maintains ±0.5% reading accuracy and a 5 kHz update rate from –40 °C to +150 °C. Each channel outputs a 12-bit analog signal processed via integrated onboard CPUs, eliminating the need for external electronics. Its modular design supports user-defined housing, connector, and output configurations. Ideal for pedal sensing, actuator feedback, or rotary mechanism monitoring, this IP67-rated instrument is fully factory-calibrated and supports programming via GUI for seamless adaptation across uncrewed and defense applications.
