Mil-Spec 360° Position Sensor

Reventec’s Mil-Spec 360° Dual Channel Rotary Position Sensor with Blade Shaft delivers non-contact angular position feedback with unmatched accuracy and robustness for mission-critical military vehicle systems. Built around Quantum TMR™ sensing technology, the unit ensures stable, real-time feedback across its entire 359° range—even under extreme thermal cycling from -40°C to +150°C. Designed to operate in highly contaminated or wet conditions, the sensor is IP67-rated and houses an integrated blade shaft and MIL-DTL-38999 connector for straightforward, drop-in deployment in legacy and new platforms.

Engineered with dual redundant outputs and analog signal integrity up to 12-bit resolution, the sensor offers deterministic performance and enhanced resilience for critical applications like turret orientation, actuator feedback, or drivetrain component monitoring. With a response rate exceeding 5kHz, it captures rapid motion profiles without signal lag or drift. Reventec’s modular architecture supports a wide range of connector, housing, and output configurations to meet custom defense integration needs while eliminating external CPU dependencies.
