The Long Resistance Temperature Sensor is a precision-engineered Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) designed for demanding military and defense applications requiring reliable temperature monitoring in air, liquid, or gas systems. Constructed from durable stainless steel 316L, the sensor integrates a Class B 1/3 DIN PT-1000 duplex sensing element that provides consistent accuracy and redundancy under sustained vibration, fluid pressure, and thermal cycling.

Rated to IP69K and capable of operating from -60 °C to +200 °C (with optional high-temperature variants up to +250 °C), this robust device withstands up to 1000 bar pressure for use in powertrain, coolant, or hydraulic systems. The sensor supports multiple connector options including MIL-DTL-38999, 26482, and 5015, and can be customized with Reventec electronics for programmable voltage or CAN outputs, eliminating the need for separate signal processing. Adaptable housing geometries and materials provide flexibility for integration across defense vehicles, maritime assets, and industrial platforms.
