OptoMedia’s range of 3G-SDI (Serial Digital Interface) small form-factor pluggable modules for fiber optic cables provides ultra-reliable high-quality transmission of SDI optical signals with support for SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 259M and DVB-ASI to electrical. They can handle data rates of up to 2.97 Gbps.

Modules are available in MSA and non-MSA pinouts, and can handle pathological patterns. The product range includes:
