The Boxed Halo is a lightweight, compact standalone connectivity platform that aggregates cellular, SATCOM, and proprietary RF links into one securely bonded communications pipeline, providing high reliability and redundancy for BVLOS drone and robotic systems. Its AI-driven 6th Sense algorithms continuously evaluate latency, packet loss, and network congestion for each datalink and intelligently balance traffic in real time.

Video, telemetry, and sensor data are sent through AES-256-CBC encrypted VPN tunneling to a cloud-based or on-premises management platform. The system accepts up to four SIM cards from different carriers, is carrier-agnostic, low SWaP, and suitable for deployment in ground control stations, tethered drone bases, command centers, and moving vehicles.

Military & Defense

Boxed Halo provides secure, resilient connectivity for military UAVs, UGVs, and deployed teams operating in Non-Visual-Line-of-Sight environments. It delivers battlefield-proven connectivity by bonding cellular, SATCOM, MANET, and RF links into a single secure channel that maintains continuous C2 and ISR data, even under jamming, spoofing, or infrastructure loss.

The system uses the same AES-256-CBC encrypted, VPN-based data splitting and reconstruction technology as the core Halo platform, ensuring security and redundancy across all available networks. With its portable enclosed design, Boxed Halo can be rapidly deployed at forward operating bases, mobile command posts, or tactical positions to maintain mission continuity when primary infrastructure is degraded or destroyed.

HLS / Public Safety / DFR

Boxed Halo supports first responders, homeland security, and Drone as First Responder operations by maintaining uninterrupted connectivity between unmanned platforms and command centers. Public safety systems that rely on a single cellular network, or on public safety frequencies alone, face challenges from dropped links, jamming, and delayed failover.

Boxed Halo avoids these issues by bonding LTE, 5G, SATCOM, and P2P or MANET into one encrypted data pipeline. Its bonding technology splits mission-critical data into AES-256-CBC encrypted packets, sends them simultaneously across available networks, and reassembles them through secure VPN tunneling. This ensures continuous video, telemetry, and command and control, even in disrupted or congested environments, without requiring integration into the vehicle platform.
