IQ Pro

The IQ Pro (V04305) is a contactor-capable Battery Management System (BMS) developed for medium-to-large packs that rely on external switching hardware. Supporting 4S to 16S configurations, the controller brings together cell-voltage monitoring, temperature measurement, pack-current sensing, and 180 mA passive balancing. Five NTC inputs handle cell-temperature monitoring, while two additional channels measure external temperatures. Redundant voltage and thermal protections are paired with a heater drive that includes 5 A current sensing.

Control of high-current power paths is provided through drives for up to five external contactors, with contact sensing used to verify switching status. The protection architecture incorporates redundant charge, discharge, and short-circuit safeguards alongside a redundant Safety Disable Loop. Microprocessor-based algorithms estimate state of charge and state of health, while HE (2) sensing provides pack-current measurement. An isolated CAN port supports wired communications, while BLE and Wi-Fi provide wireless connectivity. Four programmable GPIO, on/off control, and five-segment LED display output provide additional integration and feedback interfaces.
