The IQ Power (V04306) is an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) controller that combines pack monitoring, balancing, and protection in a compact design. It supports 3S to 16S battery configurations and measures cell voltage, temperature, and pack current. Cell balancing is rated at 100 mA as standard, with an optional 180 mA configuration. IQ Power can operate with or without contactor driving, allowing the controller to be configured for different pack sizes and battery chemistries.

Optional redundant protection provides an additional safety channel for deployments requiring layered fault management. The V07043 Power Sensing Module family complements the controller with 100 A, 200 A, and 300 A sensing options for pack current and high voltage. The sensing module can be integrated directly with the V04306 or positioned remotely through a standard harness when the mechanical layout requires separation. Redundant current and short-circuit protection, high-side MOSFET control, and a controllable fuse drive support power-path supervision, while isolated and non-isolated CAN interfaces provide system connectivity.
