IQ HV is a distributed Battery Management System (BMS) formed from central control, module-level monitoring, and high-voltage measurement hardware. It sits within the overarching GuardIon-IQ™ platform, which supports modular battery architectures from 12 V to 1,500 V. The V04307 System Controller manages one or more series strings and coordinates pack-level protection, contactor operation, communications, current sensing, and SOC/SOH estimation.
V04304 Auxiliary Module Controllers are positioned throughout the distributed system to measure cell voltage and temperature, perform 180 mA balancing, and apply redundant cell protection. High-voltage pack data is supplied by the V07042 module, which measures up to three nodes at voltages reaching 1,500 V and monitors insulation and ground faults. The V04307 receives data and protection status from both module types. A shared Safety Disable Loop carries fault signaling across the system and triggers contactor opening when a critical condition is detected.
