Brandywine's Portable Timing Unit (PTU) is a battery-operated and easy-to-transport solution that provides precise time output at any location and under any weather conditions. Utilizing a range of crystal and rubidium oscillator options, the highly flexible system can synchronize to a wide variety of timing sources, including GPS and RIG B Time Code.
The unit features an eleven-digital time display and front panel LEDs for easy reference, and can be conveniently monitored and controlled via Ethernet and a web browser. In the event of primary power supply loss, an internal backup battery provides continued operation for an average of around five hours.
