applied acoustics’ rugged positioning beacons are designed to fulfil a wide range of naval and military underwater tracking and positioning applications. They allow users to easily select transmit and receive frequencies, and include advanced features such as integrated MiQ data telemetry and multi-fire common interrogate capabilities.
The product range includes different options for shallow-water, deep-water and seabed applications. Most models in the range can be configured to operate as either a transponder, responder or pinger.
