XV7181BB Gyro Sensor

The XV7181BB is a high-performance gyro sensor that has been designed with a unique double-T structure crystal element, resulting in stability levels that rival those of bulkier and costlier gyroscope technologies.

Featuring a built-in temperature sensor and selectable digital filter, the gyro provides digital 16- or 24-bit angular rate output over an SPI or I2C interface, and is ideal for military robotics and autonomous ground vehicles.

Dimensions: 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.3 mm
Scale Factor (typical): 264 LSB/(°/s) +/- 5% (16 bit) 17920 LSB/(°/s) +/- 5% (24 bit)
Bias (typical @ 25oC): +/- 1o/s (0 LSB Typ.)
Rate Range: +/- 115o/s (FS=1) +/- 460o/s (FS=1/4)
Bias Instability: 0.9 o/hr
ARW: 0.065°/√h
Interface: SPI or I2C
Operating Temperature Range: -40 to +85°C
