This series can be ordered with aluminum or stainless steel shells and with multiple finish options including cadmium, black anodized aluminum, black zinc over nickel, nickel PTFE, electroless nickel, and passivated stainless steel.
The MD801 connectors feature a Dual-Start Acme Thread for protection against cross-mating and vibration and are IP67 rated when mated.
These connectors provide highly reliable performance equal to MIL-DTL-38999 and are available as plugs or receptacles with standard crimp contacts. For board mount applications, receptacles are available with PC tail contacts.
Available in shell sizes from 5 to 13 with multiple insert arrangement configurations, the MD801 connectors have shell styles that include jam nut receptacles, square flange receptacles, and inline plugs.
Their performance in extreme environments make MD801 connectors ideal for military, aerospace, harsh environment, and industrial applications.
