Doodle Labs radios are built for flexibility across a wide range of applications, from commercial uses to defense and tactical operations. While many customers use the radios in point-to-point configurations, Doodle Labs’ software also supports multiple networking topologies to meet complex field communication needs.
In relay mode, one radio connects to another in sequence to maintain communication around obstacles such as buildings or terrain features, ensuring uninterrupted links across challenging environments.
The radios also support mesh networking, allowing all nodes to communicate dynamically without relying on a single master unit. This configuration maintains network integrity even if one node drops out or moves out of range, enabling resilient communication throughout the mission area.
In practice, this capability supports coordination between multiple mobile or robotic platforms in the field, ensuring that all systems remain connected and responsive even during dynamic operations.
