DroneShield has launched Mission Ready Services, a comprehensive lifecycle support offering designed to maintain operational readiness, accelerate operator proficiency, and maximize the long-term value of counter-drone deployments.
As counter-drone solutions become increasingly critical across military, government, public safety, critical infrastructure, and commercial security operations, organizations face a growing need to sustain system capabilities well beyond initial procurement. With over 4,100 software-enabled DroneShield devices currently fielded, the new service addresses this challenge through a unified framework incorporating software updates, technical support, eLearning, and centralized digital management.

Mission Ready Services reflects DroneShield’s commitment to supporting customers throughout the entire operational lifecycle, so a system deployed today is as ready in three years as the day it was fielded.”
The service delivers four primary capability areas to support field operations. Software updates provide ongoing access to releases, feature enhancements, security updates, performance improvements, and evolving counter-drone capabilities against emerging threats. Deployment-focused eLearning resources offer self-paced training ranging from basic device operation to mission-specific applications, complete with completion tracking and certification.
Additionally, dedicated technical support teams provide triage and accelerated issue resolution, with basic and extended options available based on customer requirements. Centralized digital management is provided through the DroneShield Access Portal, giving users a single gateway to manage documentation, eLearning, subscription renewals, support, and architecture planning resources.

Offered globally as an annual renewable service alongside DroneShield products, Mission Ready Services brings software updates, eLearning, and ongoing support into a single package for existing and next-generation product lines. Existing software subscription customers will transition to the new framework at their next renewal while retaining continued access to applicable software updates.
