Concurrent Technologies, specialists in the design, development, and manufacture of deployable embedded computer solutions for critical applications, has launched its new ruggedized Plug-In Card, TP 792/31d-RC.

Concurrent Technologies Launches Ruggedized Plug-In Card

TP 792/31d-RC incorporates the latest technology, enabling it to perform to more stringent security and processing requirements. The postcard-sized rugged board provides a technology upgrade for deployed systems based on 3U CompactPCI®.

The PIC has been designed to be backwards compatible with previous generations of CompactPCI cards. Concurrent Technologies say this enables system integrators to extend the life of their equipment with minimal risk and disruption.

Based on a recent 11th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor, TP 792/31d-RC provides equivalent performance at a lower power consumption compared to previous Plug-In Card models.

Nigel Jowitt, Engineering Director at Concurrent Technologies, commented; “TP 792/31d-RC is another proof point of the company providing solid and dependable options to our traditional customer base and that we can additionally use as the basis of our own rugged systems.”
