Neousys Technology has launched the company’s latest NVIDIA Jetson fanless computer, the NRU-220S series.
Leveraging the latest Jetson AGX Orin 32GB/64GB module, the NRU-220S series delivers up to 275 INT8 TOPS AI performance with a -25°C to 70°C fanless operation and is ideal for intelligent video analytics, surveillance, and in-vehicle applications.
The fanless GPU computer provides high-power AI capabilities for edge deployment, delivering a performance threefold that of the Jetson AGX Xavier. The system rivals the NVIDIA Tesla T4 GPU card while operating in temperatures between -25°C and 70°C, making it a prime choice for vision-based AI inference using multiple cameras, thanks to the onboard dual 2.5 GbE and four PoE+ GbE ports. Enhanced with features like ignition power control, a shock and vibration damping bracket, screw-lock mechanisms, and M12 connectors, the NRU-220S series is designed for seamless integration into vehicles and robotics.
The NRU-220S series supports installation of two mini-PCIe modules, one M.2 3042/3052 B key slots to install 4G LTE/ 5G NR/ V2X/ CAN bus modules for wireless communication, and an M.2 2280 M key slot for NVMe SSD. To store the captured data, it has two front-accessible 2.5” trays for HDD/ SSD installation. It also offers one isolated RS-485, two RS-232, and two CAN 2.0 ports for external device communication.
Kaichu Wu, Product Manager at Neousys Technology, commented: “When powerful NVIDIA Jetson SoM and Neousys DNA meet, a new generation of fanless Edge AI computers were created. Innovative and creative products that bridge the gap between experimental laboratories and the edge is what Neousys strives for. With 8-year product longevity, the Jetson Orin modules bolstered by Neousys’ industrial-grade design, the NRU series is the ideal edge AI computer for your long-term projects.”
