Neousys Technology has launched the NRU-171V-PPC and NRU-172S-PPC IP66 AI panel PCs powered by NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX or Orin™ Nano.
The NRU-170-PPC series delivers exceptional performance for interactive edge AI environments, spanning challenging domains like Autonomous Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS) for off-road vehicles and precision inspection protocols in food manufacturing facilities.
Engineered for extreme conditions, these sophisticated computing platforms incorporate a luminous 10.1″ touchscreen delivering 1000 cd/m² brilliance, sophisticated GMSL2/GbE connectivity with PoE+ camera integration, and fanless operational capabilities maintaining peak performance between -25°C and 60°C. The compact design streamlines vehicle implementation, eliminating complex cabling challenges across agricultural, mining, and construction sectors.
Harnessing cutting-edge NVIDIA Jetson Orin technologies, the series generates up to 100 INT8 TOPS, enabling sophisticated vision-based artificial intelligence in unforgiving environments. The responsive touchscreen features enhanced single-finger responsiveness, accommodating challenging meteorological conditions with remarkable precision.
Two distinct configurations offer specialized connectivity: NRU-171V-PPC supports six GMSL2 automotive cameras with integrated driver, while NRU-172S-PPC provides four PoE+ GbE ports utilizing robust M12 connectors for industrial imaging systems. A waterproof networking interface facilitates seamless communication with external computing resources and advanced sensing technologies.
Kaichu Wu, Product Manager at Neousys Technology, said; “The NRU-170-PPC series has a dedicated focus on ADAS for off-road vehicles in construction, agriculture, forestry, and mining. The IP66 waterproof design, along with shock and vibration resistance provided by M12 connectors, further enhances robustness and reliability for outdoor scenarios. The integrated 10.1″ touch panel, onboard PoE+ GbE and GMSL2 camera connectivity, ignition power control, and expansion options for 4G/5G modules make it a compact yet complete solution for in-vehicle AI applications.”
