EXAVISION is introducing its new product range MOS-MR, designed to meet both intrusion surveillance and early fire detection requirements for Critical Infrastructure Protection.

The product will be launched at MILIPOL Paris, the leading event in homeland security applications, and will be held at Paris-Villepinte Expo Center from 14 to 17 November 2023.

This major event was chosen by EXAVISION to introduce MOS-MR, a new multi-sensor optronic solution for observation and identification of maritime vectors, land and aerial targets.

MOS-MR is the result of developments achieved by EXAVISION, specialising in middle and long-range optronic solutions.

This new product offers an integrated optronic block on an accurate Pan & Tilt, combining continuous zooms on both visible – near infrared camera and uncooled band III thermal camera.

It allows middle-range observation and surveillance, with 12km detection range on vehicles, mainly for sensitive sites and critical infrastructures protection.

MOS-MR is based on the following strengths:

  • High MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), no mandatory preventive maintenance requiring return of equipment
  • Versatile solutions for intrusion surveillance and early fire detection using Vigisens Software Suite.
  • Automatic video tracking to ease operator tasks
  • Solution designed and manufactured in France, no export restrictions linked to a third country
  • Local maintenance with optimized Turn Around Time

Like the whole NEMOSYS range, MOS-MR solution is compatible with the VIGISENS software suite. VIGISENS provide an integrated solution to monitor and control Electro optical System and external sensor like 2D/3D radar or non lethal acoustic device. VIGISENS is compatible with state-ofthe-art Video Management System and can be easily integrated in customer proprietary Control/Command software.

EXAVISION is a brand of the new global leader in the energy and services industry Equans as a subsidiary of Ineo Defense.

“French optronic designer and manufacturer for 30 years, specialized in security and surveillance solutions in extreme conditions, EXAVISION is proud to present MOS-MR to meet the growing needs of our customers and partners for robust, easy to use and integrate middle range equipment,” said Marc Brun, Managing Director of EXAVISION, subsidiary of Ineo Défense.

“Since its acquisition in 2021, EXAVISION has become one of Ineo Défense’s key technological building blocks and optronic solutions. We are very proud to see this company continue to innovate and develop, and to see its reputation grow, most recently through the selection of its NEMOSYS-XR-HD solution by the Thales Group – CS Group consortium for the PARADE antidrone system that will be deployed during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The launch of the MOS-MR innovation further strengthens this momentum,” concludes Augustin Bareau, Deputy Managing Director of Ineo Défense, part of Equans France.
