Digital solutions services provider tpgroup has received a new order for Consulting and Digital Services from the U.K. Ministry of Defence (MoD). The contract sees tpgroup working on the MoD’s Morpheus Programme to scope the next generation of applications that will be used by military personnel deployed around the world to exploit information faster and enable better decision making.

tpgroup is providing guidance on requirements capture, and matching these with emerging technologies to remain future proof and avoid being locked into a single approach, equipment type or technical solution.

This contract sits within the broader LE TacCIS (Land Environment Tactical Communications and Information Systems) Programme where the Army is transforming its global military communications and information management.

tpgroup’s involvement supports the Government’s demand for responsive software that can be developed and updated quickly, coupled with an acceleration in digital transformation across multiple sectors.

Phil Cartmell, tpgroup’s Chief Executive said: “This new contract award recognises our portfolio of services across Consulting and Software & Digital Solutions. Combining these together allows us to provide a broad-based support to the MoD across its multi-billion transformation programme.”
