Neousys Technology has introduced the Nuvo-11000 series next-generation fanless embedded computing platform.

Built around Intel’s Core Ultra 200 processors with an integrated AI Engine and manufactured using TSMC’s cutting-edge 3nm process, the Nuvo-11000 delivers unparalleled computing performance in extreme environments.

Designed with Neousys’ signature rugged DNA, this embedded computing platform offers advanced AI capabilities, high-speed connectivity, and flexible expansion, making it an ideal solution for defense systems requiring reliability, scalability, and real-time data processing.

AI-Powered Performance for Mission-Critical Operations

The Nuvo-11000 series is powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S processors (codenamed Arrow Lake) and features an integrated AI NPU, delivering a 1.2× increase in CPU performance and up to 36 TOPs of AI computing power.

With support for DDR5-6400 memory and PCIe Gen5, the Nuvo-11000 series achieves superior processing efficiency, ensuring rapid response times in mission-critical scenarios. Its M.2 Gen5x4 slot enables high-speed NVMe SSDs with read/write speeds exceeding 11,000 MB/s, while up to 96 GB of non-ECC DDR5-6400 SDRAM allows seamless handling of complex workloads.

Ruggedized Design with Military-Grade Connectivity

Engineered for deployment in harsh environments, the Nuvo-11000 series adheres to strict durability standards, ensuring consistent performance in extreme temperatures, high-vibration settings, and unpredictable power conditions. Key rugged features include:

  • Fanless wide-temperature operation (-25°C to 70°C)
  • Wide-range DC input (8V to 48V) for vehicle and mobile deployments
  • Six 2.5GbE/GbE Ethernet ports with PoE+ capability for secure data transfer
  • Optional 10GbE port for high-bandwidth communications
  • Up to eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) ports for high-speed peripheral connectivity
  • Three 4K video outputs (1 HDMI, 2 DisplayPort) for advanced visualization systems

For further scalability, the Nuvo-11000 series integrates Neousys’ Expansion Cassette Module and MezIO® Interface. These allow seamless integration of specialized defense hardware, such as advanced graphics cards, sensor interfaces, digital I/O modules, and real-time control systems. The Cassette Module supports up to two PCIe x16 slots @ Gen4, ensuring compatibility with mission-specific add-ons like radar processing units, cyber defense modules, and AI accelerators.

Seamless System Upgrades for Defense Platforms

Designed with legacy system compatibility in mind, the Nuvo-11000 series retains the same dimensions and nearly identical I/O layout as previous Neousys platforms, enabling defense integrators to upgrade their computing infrastructure with minimal modifications. This future-proof design ensures effortless adoption of next-generation technology while maintaining operational continuity in critical defense systems.

Available in multiple models, including the Nuvo-11501, Nuvo-11531, and Nuvo-11160GC, the Nuvo-11000 series delivers scalable solutions tailored for defense applications requiring rugged, AI-enhanced, and high-performance computing. From autonomous military vehicles to tactical command centers, Neousys’ latest innovation provides the reliability and computational power needed to support modern defense missions.

Chris Ni, Vice President of Neousys Technology, said, “As the next generation of rugged embedded product line, the Nuvo-11000 series embodies the future of industrial applications. Powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S processors built on TSMC’s advanced 3nm process technology, the Nuvo-11000 series delivers a remarkable boost in computing performance while enhancing energy efficiency. This combination makes it more powerful and reliable, even in harsh environments, while also contributing to greener and more sustainable operations.”
