This compact, low-power sensor integrates a high-frequency, low-drift three-axis MEMS sensor capable of measuring multiple parameters simultaneously, including vibration velocity (0–50mm/s), angle (0–180°), displacement (0–30mm), frequency (1–100Hz), and three-axis temperature. With industry-leading precision, it delivers measurement accuracies as tight as ±1mm/s for velocity and ±0.001mm for displacement.
Engineered for harsh conditions, the ACM1000 features a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), can withstand impacts up to 20,000g, and resists 10grms of vibration. Its digital filtering technology minimizes noise, while its robust design ensures a mean time between failures of over 45,000 hours.
With support for multiple communication protocols (RS232/RS485/TTL/RS422/CAN) and compatibility with Modbus, the ACM1000 offers flexible integration. A built-in magnetic base and screw mounts allow for fast and secure installation.
