The unit is built around an Intel Core i7-10810U vPro processor and supports Windows 10 Pro 64-bit or Windows 11 Pro, with 32GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB NVMe SSD storage. Its 10.1-inch WUXGA display provides 10-point capacitive multi-touch functionality and daylight readability, with support for a waterproof digitizer pen.
Flexible Integration for Tactical Systems
Designed to integrate with a range of tactical systems, the Ares 10S supports multiple interface and configuration options. Connectivity includes RS-170 video inputs, 10/100/1000 Ethernet and RS485, while optional configurations include additional Ethernet ports with an integrated tactical switch, GPS, and USB or LAN integration through MIL-STD connectors.
The system uses MIL-STD-38999 connectors and Amphenol 805 scoop-proof connectors, supporting robust physical integration into mission systems and field-deployable command architectures.

The Ares 10S is engineered for demanding defense environments. The platform is listed with MIL-STD-810H testing references for environmental factors including humidity, vibration, mechanical shock, sand and dust, and rain, alongside MIL-STD-461G for EMI/RFI performance and IP65 ingress protection.
