82-Way Slip Ring
The 82-Way Slip Ring from Venturetec Rotating Systems is designed to transfer high-voltage power and control signals across rotating interfaces. The assembly incorporates 16 power circuits rated at 20 A / 600 VAC, 10 low-power circuits rated at 5 A / 600 VAC, and 60 signal circuits rated at 1 A / 24 VDC, providing a combination of power distribution and signal transmission within a single rotary electrical interface.
Rated to IP51, the slip ring is designed for operation in temperatures from 0°C to +45°C and supports rotational speeds of up to 100 RPM. Weighing less than 10 kg, it is suitable for installation at altitudes of up to 3,000 m and has a maximum torque of 10 Nm.
