The 66-Way Slip Ring from Venturetec Rotating Systems is engineered to provide continuous electrical transfer across rotating interfaces while accommodating a high number of power and signal connections within a single assembly. The design combines five 200 A / 500 V power circuits, 18 low-power circuits, and 132 signal circuits, making it well suited to defense systems that require reliable transmission of multiple electrical services through a rotating joint.
Designed for demanding operating conditions, the slip ring features an IP54 protection rating and operates in temperatures from -30°C to +55°C. It supports rotational speeds of up to 14 RPM, installation altitudes of up to 3,500 m, and a maximum torque of 2.5 Nm while weighing less than 25 kg.
