The 215-Way Slip Ring from Venturetec Rotating Systems is designed for applications requiring a large number of power and control circuits across a rotating interface. The assembly incorporates 107 power circuits rated at 16 A / 500 VDC, 60 low-power circuits rated at 10 A / 500 VDC, 42 low-power circuits rated at 10 A / 24 VDC, and an integrated Profinet encoder interface, enabling simultaneous transmission of power, control, and encoder data through a single rotary electrical connection.
Rated to IP54, the slip ring operates in temperatures from 0°C to +50°C and supports rotational speeds of up to 40 RPM. It is suitable for installation at altitudes of up to 2,000 m, has a maximum torque of less than 10 Nm, and weighs approximately 200 kg.
