150-Way Slip Ring
The 150-Way Slip Ring from Venturetec Rotating Systems enables the transfer of power, data, and RF signals across rotating interfaces within a single assembly. It combines four 30 A / 400 VAC power circuits, six 20 A / 250 VAC power circuits, 35 signal circuits rated at 2 A / 24 VDC, one 100Base-T Ethernet channel, and two 50 Ohm coaxial connections, supporting applications that require multiple transmission types through a compact rotary interface.
Designed for reliable operation in demanding environments, the slip ring is rated to IP55 and operates in temperatures from 0°C to +55°C. It supports rotational speeds of up to 35 RPM, installation altitudes of up to 2,000 m, and a maximum torque of 15 Nm while weighing less than 40 kg.
