131-Way Slip Ring
The 131-Way Slip Ring from Venturetec Rotating Systems is designed to transfer large numbers of power and control circuits across rotating interfaces. The assembly incorporates 58 power circuits rated at 20 A / 500 VDC, 33 low-power circuits rated at 10 A / 500 VDC, 26 low-power circuits rated at 10 A / 24 VDC, and an integrated Profinet encoder interface, providing simultaneous transmission of power, control, and encoder data through a single rotary electrical connection.
Rated to IP54, the slip ring operates in temperatures from 0°C to +50°C and supports rotational speeds of up to 40 RPM. It is suitable for installation at altitudes of up to 2,000 m, has a maximum torque of less than 10 Nm, and weighs approximately 120 kg.
