The TUALRX telemetry receiver is a compact, high-performance PCM-FM demodulation system designed for flight test and evaluation activities across defense programs. Operating in the S-band (2.2–2.4 GHz), it supports data rates up to 16 Mbps, enabling reliable data capture for missile and rocket testing, guidance validation, and real-time system monitoring. Its lightweight construction allows for rapid deployment and straightforward transport during field operations.
The system provides configurable IF bandwidth, which can be set manually or adjusted automatically based on bit rate requirements. Bit error rate (BER) values are calculated relative to a PN15 bitstream and presented through the interface software, supporting accurate assessment of link performance during testing.
An integrated test generator and internal test module support multiple data rates, allowing verification and system checks prior to and during operation. IF spectrum visibility and telemetry quality indicators provide operators with continuous insight into signal conditions and overall system performance.
Data transfer and real-time monitoring are enabled through an Ethernet interface, with a graphical user interface supporting clear visualization of telemetry streams. A portable variant with a built-in display is also available, supporting field deployment where standalone operation is required.
Designed in accordance with MIL-STD-810G environmental standards, the TUALRX provides a robust and flexible solution for telemetry reception across flight testing, guided munition trials, and broader aerospace and defense evaluation activities.
