The L Band TDMA MESH (ADHOC) Data Link is a compact communication system based on a TDMA communication algorithm, supporting both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connectivity. It is designed to provide reliable line-of-sight (LOS) communication and control across distributed defense platforms operating in dynamic environments.

With a compact form factor and low power consumption, the system can be deployed across a wide range of platforms, including tactical UAV systems where size, weight, and power constraints are key considerations. It is suited to applications requiring rapidly established and reconfigurable communication networks.

The system incorporates an SDR modem utilizing advanced modulation techniques to enhance performance and spectrum efficiency. Security is provided through AES-256 encryption, with optional spread spectrum techniques such as frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) or direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) to improve resilience against interference and interception.

Relay capability enables the formation of mesh networks, extending communication coverage and maintaining connectivity between dispersed nodes. Data rates can be adjusted up to 10 Mbps, either manually or automatically, depending on operational requirements and network conditions.

Based on TDMA architecture, the data link supports ad-hoc network formation, allowing participants to join, leave, or rejoin the network dynamically. Time slot reallocation can be managed to prioritize bandwidth for specific nodes, ensuring efficient network utilization during mission-critical operations.
