The TrakkaCam® TC-300M-SWIR Gen II is a compact multispectral EO/IR surveillance system developed for ground-based ISR, tactical monitoring, and operations conducted in degraded visual environments. Its integrated shortwave infrared (SWIR) imaging capability is optimized for penetrating haze, battlefield smoke, fog, rain, humidity, and smog, enabling enhanced situational awareness in challenging atmospheric conditions. Advanced onboard image processing technologies, including image blending and embedded Moving Target Indicator (MTI) functionality, allow operators to combine imaging sources and extract scene detail that may not be visible through a single sensor channel.
Designed within a lightweight non-ITAR single-LRU architecture, the TC-300M-SWIR Gen II integrates a high-speed digital video engine directly within the stabilized gimbal, eliminating the need for external encoders and simplifying integration with moving maps, augmented reality overlays, and tactical datalink systems. Embedded dual-stream H.264/H.265 video with MISB 0601.7-compliant metadata over Ethernet supports real-time information sharing between operators and command centers. Integrated IMU/INS with dual GPS capability, continuous optical zoom across all imaging channels, and high-performance 4-axis gyro stabilization with passive isolation deliver stable long-range imaging performance across mobile and fixed ground platforms operating in demanding environments.
