The TrakkaCam® TC-300M Gen II is a compact multispectral EO/IR surveillance system optimized for maritime ISR, coastal monitoring, vessel tracking, and shipborne security operations. Engineered and MIL-tested for harsh maritime environments, the system combines an upgraded Gen II HDTV electro-optical camera featuring a 50x continuous zoom lens with an enhanced MWIR thermal imager to deliver long-range target detection and identification through fog, haze, sea spray, low-light conditions, and complete darkness. Integrated perceptual aids including picture-in-picture, split-screen viewing, and image blending enable operators to extract additional scene detail and maintain enhanced situational awareness during maritime operations.
Designed within a lightweight non-ITAR single-LRU architecture, the TC-300M Gen II integrates embedded Moving Target Detection (MTI), advanced HD image processing, and dual-stream H.264/H.265 video with MISB 0601.7-compliant metadata over Ethernet for streamlined interoperability with moving maps, maritime radar systems, AIS interfaces, and secure data links. Integrated IMU/INS with dual GPS capability supports geo-location and maritime navigation operations, while high-performance 4-axis gyro stabilization with integrated passive isolation ensures stable imagery in rough sea conditions and dynamic vessel movement. The compact system enables rapid integration across patrol vessels, coastal surveillance platforms, and maritime security assets.
