The TrakkaCam® TC-300G Gen II is a compact multispectral EO/IR surveillance system engineered for ground-based ISR, tactical overwatch, and persistent security operations. Delivering enhanced Gen II performance within a lightweight single-LRU architecture, the system combines an upgraded HDTV electro-optical camera featuring a 50x continuous zoom lens with an improved MWIR thermal imager for enhanced visibility through fog, haze, low-light environments, and complete darkness. Integrated perceptual aids including picture-in-picture, split-screen viewing, and image blending provide enhanced scene interpretation and situational awareness during demanding operational scenarios.
The TC-300G Gen II incorporates embedded dual-stream H.264/H.265 video with MISB 0601.7-compliant KLV metadata over Ethernet, eliminating the need for external encoders and simplifying integration with moving maps, augmented reality overlays, AIS interfaces, and tactical datalink systems. Embedded Moving Target Detection (MTI), integrated IMU/INS with dual GPS capability, and advanced HD image processing are all housed directly within the stabilized gimbal assembly to reduce integration complexity and operator workload. High-performance 4-axis gyro stabilization with integrated passive isolation ensures stable imagery in mobile and harsh operational environments, while the non-ITAR architecture supports exportable deployment across global defense and security platforms.
