The TrakkaCam® TC-300-SWIR Gen II is a compact multispectral EO/IR surveillance system designed for airborne ISR, firefighting support, and missions conducted in degraded atmospheric conditions. Its integrated shortwave infrared (SWIR) imaging capability enables improved visibility through haze, mist, fog, rain, smoke, humidity, and smog, providing enhanced scene clarity in environments where conventional imaging systems may be limited. Sophisticated onboard image processing further improves visibility in low-light and obscured conditions, while image blending technology combines sensor outputs to reveal scene details that may otherwise remain undetected using a single imaging channel.
Built within a lightweight single-LRU non-ITAR architecture, the TC-300-SWIR Gen II integrates embedded Moving Target Indicator (MTI) functionality, continuous optical zoom across all imaging channels, and advanced real-time HD image processing directly within the gimbal. Dual-stream H.264/H.265 video with MISB 0601.7-compliant metadata over Ethernet simplifies integration with moving maps, augmented reality overlays, AIS interfaces, and airborne data link systems without external encoders. High-performance 4-axis gyro stabilization with integrated passive isolation delivers stable imagery during demanding flight operations, while integrated IMU/INS capability supports geo-location and mission coordination across airborne and ground-based command environments.
