The TrakkaBeam® TLXc-M is a ruggedized multi-spectral maritime searchlight designed for coast guard operations, harbor patrol, anti-piracy missions, navigation support, vessel interdiction, and offshore security applications. Engineered specifically for maritime environments, the system delivers 25% greater beam intensity and light volume than previous TrakkaBeam searchlights through advanced optical design that provides consistent illumination across the entire beam pattern. Its long-range performance and all-weather capability make it well suited for operations requiring reliable target detection and identification in challenging marine conditions.
A key differentiator of the TLXc-M is its real-time filter selection capability, allowing operators to switch between up to six filters in less than one second. Specialized maritime filters include an amber option that improves visibility through fog, rain, haze, and humidity by reducing reflected white light, as well as near-infrared filters for covert operations with night vision equipment. Embedded absolute encoders provide advanced mission integration capabilities including inertial line-of-sight hold, camera slaving functionality, instant position recognition, and faster searchlight response. Designed to MIL-STD requirements and based on the proven TLX platform, the TLXc-M delivers reliable performance for demanding maritime missions.
