RDS develops custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses and interconnects that maintain power and data transmission under vibration, environmental exposure and repeated mechanical stress. Designed for mission-critical applications such as avionics, battlefield communications, UAVs and vehicle electronics, they connect displays, embedded computers, sensors and peripherals with reliable signal integrity.
Assemblies can scale from low-volume prototypes to high-volume production, with traceability, obsolescence management and long-lifecycle component planning. In-house testing verifies resistance to shock, vibration and temperature extremes, and solutions can meet standards including MIL-SPEC, AS9100D, UL and CE.
