Ka-Band TITAN Block Upconverter

The Ka-Band TITAN Block Upconverter is a wideband RF conversion system supporting selectable operation across 27.5 to 31.0 GHz. It is engineered to deliver 100 W linear output power while maintaining high conversion efficiency, supporting high data rate satellite communications in constrained platform environments. The unit incorporates an integrated AC-DC power supply and supports multiple monitor and control interfaces, including RS-485, RS-232, and optional Ethernet connectivity.

Designed for direct mounting on antenna structures such as boom arms, the system reduces RF path losses through close-coupled integration. It operates with a compact 22 lb form factor and is built for sustained performance in harsh operational conditions, including wide temperature variation and high humidity exposure. Compliance with MIL-STD-188-164 requirements supports deployment in defense-oriented SATCOM terminal architectures.
