AD-K AD Conversion Board

The high-precision AD conversion circuit is used to convert the current signal output by the accelerometer into a digital signal. This A/D conversion board transforms the analog current input by 3 quartz flexible accelerometer and 3 PT1000 input temperature signals into digital signals and outputs data in RS422 communication.

The functions include:

  • Synchronization signal receiving function: Receiving differential synchronization signal input and latching AD values to achieve synchronous acquisition and synchronous communication;
  • Serial protocol communication function: Triggered by a synchronization signal, it periodically sends current acquisition values using the standard RS422 protocol.
  • Internal and external synchronous switching and upload frequency adjustment function: It can be adjusted to internal synchronous upload or external synchronous upload of the acquisition circuit through commands, and the upload frequency can be modified through commands.
