Body panels, fairings & sensor pods for military vehicles and UGVs

Fibreworks produces custom composite components for military ground vehicles, UGVs and other tactical land platforms, designed to withstand punishing real-world battlefield conditions. Programs can progress from early concepts and validation builds through to low-rate or fleet-level production.

Component capabilities include:

• Body panels: Military-grade exterior panels manufactured from customer-supplied A-surface data using cored prepreg, monolithic prepreg or sheet molded composite constructions.
• Fairings: Lightweight exterior structures developed around vehicle geometry, structural loads and equipment interfaces, with fully painted and finished options available.
• Sensor pods: Composite enclosures designed around sensor positioning, electronics layouts, mounting points and structural interfaces.

Fibreworks can work from an early-stage concept or a finished design, providing design-for-manufacture collaboration and finite element analysis using customer load inputs. Vertically integrated engineering, tooling and manufacturing capabilities enable components to transition directly into repeatable production.
