SeaEagle FCRO (Fire Control Radar Optical) combines stabilized Ku-band radar and electro-optical sensors for precision naval gun control against air, surface and shore targets. The system can control any in-service naval gun directly or through a combat management system. Radar provides long-range target acquisition and tracking, and thermal and daylight cameras enable 24-hour identification and passive observation.
Automatic radar and electro-optical tracking, programmable sector scanning and slewing to search radar indications reduce the need for manual target acquisition. Radar and electro-optical sensors also provide splash spotting. Frequency agility increases the radar’s resistance to electronic countermeasures, and operators can control the system through a dedicated console or integrated combat system.
