SeaEagle EOSS-D is a configurable digital surveillance system for naval threat observation, search and rescue, and blind pilotage. Its modular architecture accommodates different sensors to meet individual mission requirements. Thermal and daylight cameras provide 24-hour passive surveillance and target identification, with an optional low-repetition-rate laser rangefinder available.
An embedded DEFT tracker supports low-latency tracking through either camera, and the system accepts cues from radar, AIS and combat management systems. Sensors can be replaced or upgraded on deck to support continued availability. The touchscreen interface offers a choice of controller inputs, and integrated window wipers help maintain visibility. Man-aloft switching and laser interlocks are available as options.
