The SİPER platform is a long-range air and missile defense system designed to provide wide-area protection against current and emerging aerial threats. The system brings together long-range surveillance, fire control, missile launch and command and control elements within a distributed architecture.
The system can be deployed at battery and battalion level, with components including a command and control center, fire control center, fire control radar, missile launching systems, reload vehicles and long-range missiles. It supports multiple engagements, simultaneous fire control, close and remote deployment, and integration with higher command and tactical data link networks.
SİPER 1 and SİPER 2 are designed to engage targets including fighter aircraft, air-to-ground missiles, UAVs, cruise missiles and helicopters. The system can be transported by land, air, naval and rail assets, providing a mobile long-range layer for strategic air and missile defense.
