The EOD/IED & Countermine Symposium will bring together experts, innovators, and policymakers to address critical challenges in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and countermine operations.
The Symposium will highlight cutting-edge research, technological innovations, domestic and international cooperation, counter-IED missions, and best practices for mitigating the threats posed by explosive hazards.
The event is considered an educational training forum and is complimentary to all DoD and Federal employees, providing a platform to enhance mission success.
The 12th Annual EOD/IED & Countermine Symposium will run from July 16-17, 2025.

Sessions will also explore approaches to clearing landmines and unexploded ordnance (UXO) in post-conflict environments.
