Cottonmouth Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle ARV

The Cottonmouth® platform has been purpose-built for the United States Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program, providing a suite of full-spectrum reconnaissance and surveillance sensors and electronic warfare capabilities for defeating threats beyond the line of sight. The amphibious platform can travel through the surf zone and withstand greater than 4-foot waves, carrying up to five Marines in addition to its crew of two.

SSC Ship to Shore Connector Landing Craft

The Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC) is the next generation of the Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC), allowing up to 145 combat-equipped Marines to reach the shoreline no matter the tide, water depth, obstacles or beach gradient. The reliable platform is a Program of Record for 72 US Navy and Marine Corps fleet assets, meeting evolving requirements for payload and availability.

Textron SSC Amphibious Landing Craft

The powerful craft features four Rolls-Royce MT7 marine gas turbine engines, and can reach speeds of up to 35 kt at Sea State 3. It is constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum, increasing availability and lowering life cycle maintenance costs.

Textron Systems’ Aerosonde® family of UAS is designed to fulfil the most demanding multi-mission requirements over both land and sea, and has been proven with more than 700,000 flight hours in the harshest of climates, including desert heat and Arctic cold.

Aerosonde hybrid VTOL UAS

The ultra-reliable Aerosonde® aircraft are powered by heavy fuel engines that can operate on JP-5, JP-8, F44, Jet-A, or Jet-A1. With versatile multi-INT capabilities, they can carry up to six payloads on a single flight, with over 40 different possibilities including:

  • EO/IR imaging systems
  • Maritime wide-area search
  • SAR (synthetic aperture radar)
  • AIS (Automatic Identification Systems)
  • EW (electronic warfare) and SIGINT (signals intelligence) payloads
  • LiDAR scanners
  • MANET (mobile ad-hoc networking) communications

The Ripsaw® M5 leverages our deep experience in unmanned systems and robotics integration to provide a powerful and modular capability that is designed to support and protect the warfighter and disrupt the battlefield.

Featuring a hybrid diesel-electric drivetrain, the Ripsaw® can easily keep pace with current and future maneuver forces. The modular vehicle is based around an open architecture design, and can be equipped with a range of different sensors and payloads to undertake a variety of critical missions including ISR, route clearance, force protection and logistics.

  • SUMIT 360 EO/IR system for 360-degree situational awareness
  • Optionally-tethered R80D SkyRaider UAS for AI-powered target detection and identification

  • TacFLIR 280-HDEP multispectral surveillance system for threat identification at maximum standoff range
  • Munitions options including medium caliber cannon, CROWS-Javelin, and counter-UAS systems

Common Unmanned Surface Vehicle CUSV

The CUSV (Common Unmanned Surface Vehicle) is a proven uncrewed maritime asset that allows naval forces to undertake a variety of vital missions while keeping personnel out of harm’s way. Compliant with STANAG 4586, the Joint Architecture for Unmanned Systems (JAUS) protocol, and Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) communication architecture, it has been selected as the system of choice for the U.S. Department of Defense’s first small USV program of record.

CUSV Uncrewed Surface Vessel

The versatile vessel is datalink-agnostic and can be launched from ports, Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) and vessels of opportunity. The modular large-capacity payload bay can be easily and quickly reconfigured to serve multiple missions, including:

  • ISR
  • Mine counter-measures (MCM) – identifying and triggering mines
  • Expeditionary warfare & maritime force protection – identifying and engaging remote targets
  • Offensive mine-laying
  • Non-lethal weaponry

TSUNAMIâ„¢

Fully autonomous attritable USVs for naval operations

TSUNAMI USV

The TSUNAMIâ„¢ series of autonomous surface vessels has been created to address the requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and allied forces, and is designed to provide a rapidly deployable, cost-effective and attritable capability for naval operations. Equipped with a proven autonomy system based on DoD programs, the vessels are compatible with UMAA (Unmanned Maritime Autonomy Architecture) standards.

The highly scalable product range offers solutions to a range of mission requirements, and includes variants with lengths from 20 to 42 feet, operational ranges from 600 to over 1,000 nautical miles and payload capacities of over 1,000 pounds. The rugged and ultra-reliable vessels can withstand Sea State 4 conditions, and are gasoline-powered for simplified logistics and maintenance.

TSUNAMIâ„¢ USVs are provided with a range of standard equipment including EO/IR cameras, maritime radars, and LOS/BLOS communication systems.

XM204

Top-attack anti-vehicle munitions system

XM204 anti-vehicle munitions system

The XM204 is an easily-transportable anti-vehicle munition system designed to provide effective counter-mobility against main battle tanks and other heavy wheeled and tracked vehicles, offering four top-attack munitions per launcher and a 100 meter diameter strike area. Currently in production, the XM204 is the only top-attack counter mobility system available to NATO.

The system provides a variety of enhanced safety and risk mitigation features to minimize the risk to personnel, including a visual safety indicator, a 30-minute arming delay, and multiple self-destruct period options. It is highly concealable, resistant to harsh environments, and operates under GPS-denied conditions.

XM204 anti-vehicle weapon

Weighing just 38 kg (84 lbs.), the XM204 can be easily carried by two people, and is transportable in any ground vehicle or cargo aircraft. It is intuitive and easy to learn, requiring a training and certification time of only 8 hours.
