KBM Series
Versatile frameless motors for direct embedding into machinery & equipment
The KBM Series of frameless motors has been engineered to be directly embedded into a variety of machinery and equipment designs, using existing bearings to support the rotor and eliminating coupling devices to reduce overall size and weight. With voltage options from 120 to 480 Vac, the motors feature fully encapsulated stator windings, and optional latching digital Hall effect sensors can be pre-aligned and factory-installed.
The versatile motors allow a wide variety of options and parameters to be customized to suit your specific requirements, including mechanical dimensions, leads, windings, stack lengths, torque, speed, power, smoothness, and more.
TBM Series
Frameless motors for high-torque, low-speed & low-voltage applications
The TBM Series of direct drive brushless motors has been optimized to deliver high torque at relatively low speeds for 24 or 48V applications. With compact low-cogging designs and stainless steel rotors for corrosion protection, these robust and reliable motors are intended for direct embedding, using existing bearings to support the rotor.
All standard models can be tailored to suit your specific requirements, with options including mechanical dimensions, leads, windings, stack lengths, torque, speed, power, smoothness, and more.
RBE Series
Customizable direct-drive housed or frameless motors with low cogging
The RBE Series of direct-drive motors has been proven over years of success in a wide variety of industries and applications, offering a variety of different sizes and torque ranges with speeds of up to 35,000 RPM.
Housed models in this series feature stainless steel shafts and can be provided with any combination of Hall sensors, encoders or resolvers as rotor position feedback devices. Frameless models utilize the load’s own shaft and bearings and can be provided with integral Hall sensors, with additional position feedback devices such as encoders or resolvers available as separate components.
AKM2G Series
High-precision servo motors with superior power and torque density
The AKM2G Series represents the latest evolution of our industry-leading AKM motor family, offering significant torque increases in the same motor size and allowing defense OEMs to boost performance without changing the motor mounting or increasing system size. The servo family offers a wide variety of options to suit specific application requirements, including shaft, mounting, connectors, feedback, holding brakes and thermal sensors, and IP54 or IP65 ratings.
AKM2G servos are ideal for pairing with our SFD-M (Smart Feedback Device, Multi-Turn) position feedback solution, delivering unmatched precision and featuring 24-bit resolution and 16-bit tracking over 65,536 rotations. The energy-harvesting, battery-free design eliminates maintenance requirements, and single-cable technology simplifies installation and lowers costs.
